Personal Wiki Systems

I'm going through the agony of choosing a personal wiki system for windows. One for the knowledge base and descriptions of the scripts and micro-applications database, and the other for the experimental zettelkasten.

My requirements:

Portability

Since the scripts and micro-applications database is stored on a separate disk, their wiki shell should also be nearby. And there will be no problems with the backup.

Open source

Desirable.

WYSIWYG

I come across systems without it and it's a pain.

Plugins

Plugins are good. Although now many developers abuse this and make the system basic, counting on a mountain of plugins. Some of these plugins are third-party, and after a couple of years or months they simply stop being supported. And if there are no alternatives to them, then everything goes to hell.

What I found:

Zim - A Desktop Wiki

https://zim-wiki.org

A "desktop wiki" means that we try to capture the idea of a wiki, not as a webpage but as a collection of files on your local file system that can be edited with a GUI application. The main focus is a kind of personal wiki that serves for all kinds of notes: todo-lists, addresses, brainstorm ideas, etc.
